13ft Speedboat in Slemon Park, Prince Edward Island for sale

I have an older model speedboat with a 40HP Evenrude engine up for sale. I purchased the boat five years ago and just don't have the time to use it anymore.
There is some minor work that needs to be done. It could use some rewiring as a lot of it is corroded. The engine is older but works smoothly, but it does need some maintenance.
One of the floor boards also rotted out, but that's a quick repair. The body of the boat is in good condition and the motor is drained each fall.
The boat has a steering wheel and automatic start.
I just purchased a new battery for it last year. It also comes with the trailer and a water tube for pulling people.
There is nothing seriously wrong with it, just needs some tuning up. Would make for a nice little project.
